All sales at Vellum Kitchen Co. are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at vellumkitchen@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.
